Summer has arrived! Cue the sun, surf and sand! Even though I just enjoyed a quick Mother's Day trip to the beach, I'm ready for another one. Hint, hint! ;) Those of us here in NC are beyond blessed to live so close to the coast and some of the best beaches in the country. Beach therapy is something we could all use a little more of in these heavy times.

Beachcomber and OBX are made in the German soleseife tradition - literally "seaman's salt water" soap. We make a strong brine solution for the soap base which creates an ultra creamy lather with fluffy bubbles and a silk-like feel on the skin. The soleseife bars exert the same skin cleansing and nutritive properties as the full salt bars, but with less exfoliation.

Father's Day Collection
In recognition of Father's Day, we've created a special new men's grooming collection to support our hard-working menfolk.
Traditional Wet Shave Soap - Shaving is one of the most significant grooming rituals for the guys, and we're thrilled to introduce this traditional wet shaving soap. Thick, creamy lather and loads of moisturization to keep those nicks and cuts to a minimum. We're offering two options - a travel tin so you never have to sacrifice quality while on the road, and a premium gift set that includes a handcrafted shave bowl by local potter, Erin Ellis, a bottle of our beard oil, and a genuine boar bristle shaving brush. This luxurious shave soap is scented in a classic blend of lemon, bergamot, cool mint, lavender, sandalwood, cedarwood, amber, and musk. It smells just like walking into a barbershop! We'll be featuring more blends in the near future so stay tuned.
Natural Man Beard Oils - Beard oil is back! We've re-formulated to provide maximum beard conditioning! Our quick absorbing formula contains both a vegan silicone and olive squalane for a silky smooth texture as well as boasting a host of benefits, including strengthening the hair, improving shine, and enhancing elasticity to prevent breakage. We've created two new blends - a woodsy warm blend with notes of spice and a crisp, cool herbaceous blend. We'll work on more blends in the upcoming months.

You may have already heard the news, but we'll be back at the Pittsboro Farmers Market starting next week for their inaugural market at The Plant. Looking forward to this new location and all the benefits it brings to market goers! It's sure to be a win-win for everyone! We'll be there once a month with all the soapy goods. ;)
Also at The Plant next week is Pittsboro's Bazaar Night Market! We'll see you there from 4-8pm on Friday! There are going to be a ton of awesome vendors so don't miss out!
The Circle City Merchants group has organized a new monthly event - Third Thursdays - to be held at the new SoCo patio on Thursdays from 4-7pm. Join us and the other CCM merchant members for live music, food sampling and shopping.
