Welcome to our 2025 Celestial Sol Zodiac Series! Each month we're introducing a unique collection of products for that Zodiac sign. And every month we're crafting a new lotion blend for the Tarot card associated with that month's star sign. Each of our limited edition lotion blends will feature the associated tarot card on the face of the bottle.
THE HERMIT CARD
Each Zodiac sign has a corresponding tarot card from the Major Arcana that symbolizes some of its characteristics. The artwork of the traditional Rider-Waite deck is what is used to make comparisons to the Zodiac signs. Virgo is ruled by The Hermit card of the Major Arcana.
The Hermit card depicts a solitary man draped in a long drab grey cloak, standing alone atop a barren mountain. The Hermit himself represents solitude, inner reflection, and the search for deeper truths. The hermit is the road-paver, the path-maker, the pioneer. He doesn’t go looking to walk in anyone’s footprints; he forges his own trail up the mountain. At the peak of the mountaintop, his personal struggles have led him to inward reflection and an uphill climb -- rising above any distractions and focusing on his mission. Similarly, Virgo, is the epitome of a person at complete fulfillment alone and to themselves, while always pondering perfection.
Let’s look at some deeper symbolism in this card. In one hand, the Hermit holds up a star-filled lantern that lights his path; in his other hand, he holds a staff. The Hermit’s lantern symbolizes the light of wisdom that guides the seeker through the darkness, much like Virgo’s meticulous and thoughtful nature helps them navigate life’s challenges. He shines his light back down the mountain that others may be guided up and out of the darkness. The staff represents the Hermit’s personal wisdom, strength, and authority, as well as stability and support, and serves as a reminder that we possess the strength and inner guidance to overcome obstacles and achieve our goals.
Ultimately, the Hermit card is an invitation to embark on a personal quest for truth, promoting spiritual growth and self-discovery. By embracing the lessons of the Hermit and recognizing our inner strength, Virgos can face life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.

Cupaucu butter - one of nature’s most powerful, antioxidant-rich moisturizers
Baobab seed oil - The baobab tree is indigineous to eastern and southern Africa and is known for its incredible life span, with some trees living for 6,000+ years. The oil has significant moisturizing properties.
Meadowfoam seed oil - an herbaceous wildflower native to the waterways of the Pacific NW, the oil derived from this common "weed" boasts an extremely high concentration of unique long-chain fatty acids that make it a powerful emollient, capable of locking in moisture. Its velvety texture and ability to balance sebum make it a highly esteemed skincare plant ally.
Olive Squalane - because our bodies produce this substance naturally, and because its molecular structure is so similar to the skin's own, squalane oil delivers superior skin hydration.
