This listing for one 3.5oz bath soak blend packaged in a plastic tube with screw top. Makes 1 bath.

Ingredients:

Epsom salts, Mediterranean sea salt, Baking soda, Himalyan pink salt, Coconut milk powder, Sodium laurylsulfoacetate (foaming surfactant), Avocado oil, Polysorbate 80 (emulsifier), Fragrance, Jasmine buds, Bath safe micas & Biodegradable eco-glitter

How to Use:

Run hot water into bath. Sprinkle bath blend under running water and allow salts to dissolve completely before entering. We always recommend adding a few CUPS of epsom salts per bath to maximize the health benefits of your bath. If you don't want to have the botanicals floating in the water, you can put the bath blend into a muslin bag or clean dry sock and swish it around in the water. (makes for quicker cleanup!) Then you can simply empty the bag/sock into your compost after use.

*This product tub-tested without staining. However, if your bath tub has a ring of soap scum, the dyes will be attracted to those areas. We highly recommend using this product in a clean tub.

CAUTION - Use only as directed. Excessive use or prolonged exposure may cause irritation to skin and urinary tract. Discontinue use if rash, redness, or itching occurs. Consult your physician if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children except under adult supervision. Do not ingest.

  • A ritual bath is a beautiful way to elevate an ordinary bath to a soothing, blissful, soul refreshing experience.

What's the difference between a regular bath and a ritual bath?? The keyword here is ritual, which equates to sacred. When you make a ritual out of something, you make it a sacred and spiritual experience for yourself. (FYI that’s got nothing to do with religion.)

Try incorporating  bathing into your self-care rituals with these simple tips to create a transcendental ritual bath:

    1. Make it sacred. When you declare something as sacred, you're connecting with your higher self and opening yourself up to the wisdom of the universe. As part of this declaration, there are a few simple things you can do to set the stage. Light some candles, dim the lights, turn on some calming music (I find meditation music to be quite suitable), surround yourself with your favorite crystals, maybe even burn some sage or palo santo to energetically cleanse and prepare your bathroom space before you begin. Basically, transform your bathroom into a sanctuary. Because, honestly, how relaxed can you can be in a dirty, disheveled bathroom?
    2. Set an intention. Is there something you need to release or let go of in your life? How do you want to feel after this experience? Give yourself a few minutes to focus your energy on your intention. You may wish to consider the current moon phase when deciding your intention. A new moon cycle washes away the past moon cycle and invites in fresh new energy; whereas, a full moon ritual is all about completion, celebration and gratitude - focus on what you're grateful for and create more of what's good in your life.
    3. While your bath is running, perform a few self-care rituals such as dry brushing your skin, perhaps take a moment to prep and apply a facial masque or scrub, get your pumice stone handy for exfoliating those feet after soaking, apply a nourishing hair treatment, grab your coziest robe, your favorite body butter or moisturizer for post bath slathering, etc.
    4. Make your bath special to you -  your favorite music and/or a book (even Netflix or a true crime podcast, if that makes you happy!), a relaxing beverage (whether it be wine or herbal tea), aromatherapy, meditation...whatever your jam, make it personal for you and you alone.
