Lupus is our first beer soap of 2025! We keep meaning to make them more often, but time keeps slipping away from us! This time we used an IPA from Burial Beer Co. in Asheville, with a fun name "Until There is No Longer". Seems somewhat appropos, don't ya think? The wolf population is crucial to so many ecosystems, and their very presence trigger cascading effects that bring vital ecosystems back into balance. Have you heard about the Yellowstone wolves actually moving a river? Closer to home, the native red wolf population in NC is considered critically endangered, with less than 20 individuals remaining in the wild. Despite numerous grassroots efforts, reintroduction and breeding programs, this species remains on the verge of extinction. We humans need to do better.
Our Lupus bars bring nature's palette to your shower. Warm browns and rich greens offer a grounding forest vibe that would make any wolf feel right at home. Our intriguing design might just conjure up similarities to a werewolf's claw marks! Warming notes of cinnamon, ginger, and dark rum mingle with grounding sandalwood, tobacco, and birchwood. Mysterious yet soothing!

Lupus The Wolf Artisan Botanical Soap
Handmade soaps need to breathe! We recommend storing your soap on a slatted or free draining soap dish so that it can air dry in between uses.
- Remove botanical toppings prior to use.
- Don't allow your soap to sit in a puddle of water.
- Use a wash cloth, loofah or soap saver bag to extend the life of your soap bar.
- Use your soap bar within one year of purchase. I know they're pretty to look at, but they're intended to be used so enjoy them! :)
- Store unused soap out of direct sunlight and away from extreme temperature fluctuations and high humidity conditions.
- You may experience colored lather with dark or brightly colored bars; however, no permanent staining should occur.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs
- Soaps are for external use only & are not edible
