How to Use: 
Roll on like a personal perfume, ensuring that you cover pulse points on the wrists, neck, behind the ears, etc. Inhale the scent deeply while applying and reapply as often as needed for stress relief, grounding, and balance. 
 
Grounding Tips for Empaths:
One of trickiest things as an empath, can be to recognize what is your own energy and what is not. If you are a healer or an energy worker, it is crucial to know how to release dense energies in order to maintain strong personal health and energetic boundaries. When unsure what energies are stuck with you, it is best to do a clearing and get grounded.
Utilize Empath's Armor and/or a smoke bundle to clear away any dense/negative energies. 
Get grounded - get your bare feet on the raw earth, and if possible, lie down flat on the ground. Take some deep breaths and visualize the Earth taking away any dark energies.
Soak in the ocean! Salt and saltwater are the best purifiers! Of course, we can't all get a daily dip in the ocean so the best alternatives are an epsom salts and/or saltwater bath (or footbath). If you work with people on a daily basis, an evening footbath is a wonderful, gentle daily clearing ritual. 
Surround yourself with crystals. Crystals are living, energetic beings that work best when activated with intention. Choose one that resonates with you, and then ask for its assistance.
