In Sanskrit, “anahata” means unhurt, unstruck and unbeaten. It is the fourth primary chakra, also known as the heart chakra, and serves as our center of love for oneself and others, compassion, empathy and forgiveness. The anahata chakra is associated with unconditional love, compassion, and joy. It is the source of deep and profound truths that cannot be expressed in words. The heart chakra is associated with the color green, which represents transformation and loving energy.
 
When it comes to the heart chakra, there's literally no such thing as too much love!! The fourth chakra exists to enhance our understanding and experience of love itself, patiently encouraging us to open up our hearts and have compassion for both ourselves and those around us. The heart chakra strongly influences the ability to give and receive love in a healthy way. When in alignment, you feel the love surrounding you, and can see and experience compassion and joy. You feel more open to life's challenges and see them as a way to grow and evolve. You can see the beauty even when the situation appears grim. But exuding love and compassion can be exhausting, and replenishing our heart space is an important act of self-care.
 
This aromatherapeutic blend is designed to support a healthy heart chakra. In addition to our custom essential oil blend, each roller contains both green aventurine and rose quartz chips and each bottle has been Reiki blessed for your highest and greatest good. 
 
Our Anahata Blend:
Bergamot - an amplifier of light energy, opening the heart to cosmic joy and dispelling self-criticism. Bergamot helps us to relax and "let go".  As with all citrus oils, bergamot is uplifting and refreshing. 
Lavender - emobies the warm, protective love of Mother Earth. It is caring, cherishing and nurturing. Lavender lifts the spirit and wipes away the tears, soothing and supporting the Qi energy of the heart. This "mother of all oils" seeks to bring out the best in every one of us. 
Nerolina - represents the balance in all things. It is always loving and peaceful. Nerolina brings light into any day. Her rich, floral sweetness is both soothing and euphoric, yet her woody base is inexplicably grounding at the same time. Nerolina instills both comfort and strength, and assists in the release of repressed emotions, allowing for reflection and the emergence of liberating truth. 
Frankincense - holding the wisdom of the ages, dear frankincense is a super healer of the soul. Frankincense encourages tranquility, insight, and spiritual enlightenment. 
Key Lime -  the oil of zest for life! Lime clears the heart chakra of congestion with the shining light of courage. Lime reminds us to feel emotionally safe, engaged, revitalized, and grateful for the gift of life.
Cistus (Rock Rose) - a fragrance of prophecy and wisdom. It helps draw our energy inward and tap into the universal wisdom deep within. 
Magnolia flower - the oil of mercy and compassion. Magnolia opens the heart and intuition to the divine feminine. Her maternal guidance teaches us to dive deep to our own soul healing, working towards acceptance and forgiveness, and teaching us the power of human connectedness.

Using your intention roller:
Before applying your roller, take a moment to center and ground yourself. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, bring yourself into the present moment, set your intentions and/or repeat a heart chakra affirmation that resonates with you. Apply the roller mindfully to pulse points, heart chakra, temples, third eye, etc. Thank your spirit guides for being with you. Namaste.
